Khumani fruit (ख़ुमानी)
Khumani (apricot ) is like peach or plum whose skin is slightly rough and soft. According to Ayurveda, apricots are sweet and hot. Due to the properties of apricot, it is helpful in reducing vata and kapha as well as removing weakness.
