Singori Sweet Uttarakhand. (सिंगोरी मिठाई )

Singori or Singauri is an Indian sweet of Garhwal and Kumaon and Garhwal region made with Khoya and wrapped in maalu leaf. It is similar to Kalakhand. This special sweet of Uttarakhand reached every corner of the country, Raja-Maharajas loved it very much, now the demand of Singori, Tehri of Tehri in Uttarakhand is now reaching every corner of the country. This is the reason that after the new Tehri, now Singori's business has started in the Agrahara market too.
