What is the new rule of Cheque bounce?
चेक बाउंस का नया नियम क्या है?
According to Section 138 of the Act, the dishonour of cheque is a criminal offence and is punishable by imprisonment up to two years or with monetary penalty or with both. If payee decides to proceed legally, then the drawer should be given a chance of repaying the cheque amount immediately.
अधिनियम की धारा 138 के अनुसार, चेक का अनादर एक आपराधिक अपराध है और दो साल तक के कारावास या मौद्रिक दंड या दोनों के साथ दंडनीय है। यदि भुगतानकर्ता कानूनी रूप से आगे बढ़ने का फैसला करता है, तो दराज को तुरंत चेक राशि चुकाने का मौका दिया जाना चाहिए।
