if you asking about Chitai Golu Devta. Here is the way to reach Chitai Golu Devta Temple Almora by Road -
Take a bus or car from Delhi to Almora Bus Station.
Hire a cab to Chitai Temple from bus or taxi station.

This is very simple route.
