Bal Mithai
बाल मिठाई is a brown chocolate-like fudge, made with roasted khoa, coated with white sugar balls, Bal mithai is a very popular sweet of Almora Uttarakhand in India.
The taste of this sweet is really fabulous & amazing. This has become the "State Sweet of Uttarakhand"

बाल मिठाई उत्तराखंड की प्रसिद्ध मिठाई है जो खासतौर पर नैनीताल और अल्मोड़ा शहरों में प्रचलित है। इसमें घूँघे दूध, मावा, चीनी और चिनी और खोया से बनी मिठाई का उपयोग होता है। इसकी खासियत यह है कि इसे चारों ओर से चाकू से कटा हुआ चाकोलेट की तरह दिखाया जाता है। बाल मिठाई मधुर और भारतीय मिठाइयों की प्रतिष्ठित पंचमी के त्योहार पर विशेष रूप से लोगों द्वारा खाई जाती है।
