Bedu fruit
Bedoo is one of the wild fruits of the Central Himalayan region. Wild fig plants are very common at places 1,550 meters above sea level. They are best used in the areas of Garhwal and Kumaon. These trees are rarely found in forests but grow in villages, wastelands, fields etc.
बेड़ू मध्य हिमालय क्षेत्र के जंगली फलों में से एक है। जंगली अंजीर के पौधे समुद्र तल से 1,550 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर बहुत आम हैं। गढ़वाल और कुमाऊं के क्षेत्रों में इनका सबसे अच्छा उपयोग किया जाता है। ये पेड़ जंगलों में बहुत कम पाए जाते हैं लेकिन गांवों, बंजर भूमि, खेतों आदि में उगते हैं।
By the way, the whole plant of Bedu is used in which the bark, root, leaves, fruits and chops are full of the qualities of medicines. Injury in hand paw, by applying its chops (white milk coming from the bed plant), the injury is cured.
वैसे तो बेदू के पूरे पौधे का उपयोग किया जाता है जिसमें छाल, जड़, पत्ते, फल और चॉप औषधि के गुणों से भरपूर होते हैं। हाथ के पंजों में लगी चोट, इसके चॉप्स (बेड प्लांट से निकलने वाला सफेद दूध) लगाने से चोट ठीक हो जाती है।
