16 Years! But, with a limitation.

As per the Government Rule, the vehicle should not be more than 50cc (Cubic Capacity) and the maximum speed limit is 70 KPH.

Once you cross over 18 years. You can apply for the LMV & HMV license. You have to clear a driving test in RTO and you get your license within 10 days of approval.
